Taylor Swift reported Friday that her Lover Fest tour, which was delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic, has formally been dropped.
The artist took to Twitter to share the cancelation saying, “I love going ahead here to reveal to you uplifting news, or to impart another task to you. It’s not my top choices thing in the world to need to disclose to you news I’m tragic about. I’m so unfortunately I can’t reschedule the shows that we deferred.”
She proceeded,” Although refunds have been accessible since we initially delayed the Lover Fest shows, a significant number of you hung to your tickets and I too clung to the possibility that we could reschedule.”
Quick would have been the main enormous music act to open up the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, however the pop star deferred her 2020 appearances.
“This is an uncommon pandemic that has changed everybody’s arrangements and nobody understands what the visiting scene will look like sooner rather than later.”
SoFi Stadium was booked to open the previous summer and Swift was set to play out a show she named the “Lover Fest West” at the new arena on July 25-26.
As Covid kept on spreading all through the U.S., Swift said delaying her 2020 visit was “the correct choice.”
“I’m frustrated to such an extent that I will not have the option to consider you to be individual when I needed to. I miss you awfully and can hardly wait until we can all securely be at shows together once more.”
Swift’s U.S. also, Brazil shows should be rescheduled to happen in 2021.
