Polish video games maker CD Projekt is deferring the arrival of a fix for its Cyberpunk 2077 game until the second 50% of March, it said on Wednesday, after a cyberattack hindered work on fixes for the pained game.
The cyberattack recently undermined some of CD Projekt’s interior frameworks including the source code to Cyberpunk 2077, managing another hit to the Warsaw-based business after the game’s dispatch was plagued by glitches.
“While we beyond all doubt needed to convey Patch 1.2 for Cyberpunk 2077 in the stretch of time we itemized beforehand, the new digital assault on the studio’s IT foundation and broad extent of the update mean this lamentably won’t occur,” the company composed on Twitter.
Subsequent to delivering some fixes for the game in January, the company had intended to deliver a greater fix in February.
