An upset big rig welcomed traffic to a stop on the northward 5 Freeway through the Elysian Valley neighborhood Monday morning.
The occurrence happened about 5:15 a.m. at the point when the truck toppled close to Stadium Way, spilling fuel onto the turnpike, as per the California Highway Patrol’s traffic occurrence log.
