Mayoral candidate and Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams documented a preemptive lawsuit Wednesday to “guarantee a fair and transparent election process” after the Board of Elections bungled the June 22 essential result by coincidentally incorporating test brings about the vote tally, prompting 135,000 additional ballots.
